About Us
WHAT WE OFFER
Assisted Stretching Services, Education and Business Support
Stretch Center supports the full assisted stretching journey. Clients can book personalized sessions at a nearby location. Professionals can learn a structured method online and strengthen their hands-on skills in person. Health, fitness and wellness businesses can license the Stretch Center model and launch a complete service with training, operations and marketing support.
Personalized Assisted Stretching
Our one-on-one assisted stretching sessions are tailored to how you move, where you feel limited and what you want to accomplish. A trained Stretch Specialist guides each stretch, adjusts positioning and intensity using your feedback, and recommends a practical session plan based on your mobility and goals.

Online Assisted Stretching Certification
The self-paced Stretch Center Assisted Stretching Certificate teaches practical techniques, safety, positioning, communication and session structure. It is designed for personal trainers, massage therapists, Pilates instructors, chiropractors, physical therapists, coaches and others who want to add assisted stretching to their professional skill set.
In-Person Assisted Stretch Training
Our live training program builds on the online course through coached practice. Participants work on movement assessment, body mechanics, functional anatomy, communication, PNF and active assisted stretching techniques, session flow, and adapting stretches for different bodies and mobility levels.
Stretch Center Licensing
Established health, fitness and wellness businesses can add a Stretch Center assisted stretching service without taking on a traditional franchise. The licensing program combines professional education, hands-on team training, operational tools, launch guidance, marketing resources and ongoing support.
Meet The Team
Stretch Center was founded by Jeff and Kristin Berard to make high-quality assisted stretching more accessible. Jeff’s more than 30 years of clinical experience provided the foundation for an approach centered on education, individual needs and a deeper understanding of human movement.
Today, our leadership and training teams work together to support every Stretch Center location and ensure each client receives a knowledgeable, consistent and welcoming experience.

ABOUT US
How We're Different
Stretch Center is different because every assisted stretching session is built around the individual—not a preset routine. People move differently, and a feeling of tightness can be influenced by muscles, fascia, nerves, joints, daily habits, activity level or several factors working together. Our approach starts with listening, observing how you move and understanding what you want to accomplish.
A Session Built Around You
Your Stretch Specialist considers your current mobility, comfort, movement goals and feedback before choosing how to begin. The position, range and intensity can be adjusted throughout the visit, so the session responds to what you feel in real time instead of pushing toward a predetermined range.
Supported, Controlled Movement
During each stretch, your practitioner supports your body and guides the movement for you. This lets you focus on breathing, relaxing and describing what you feel. You remain an active part of the process: you can ask for less pressure, a different position or a complete stop at any time.
Techniques Chosen With Purpose
Stretch Specialists use targeted positioning, stabilization and assisted stretching techniques based on the area being addressed and the way your body responds. The goal is not to force flexibility. It is to create a controlled, collaborative experience that is more specific than following a general stretching routine on your own.
Education Behind the Experience
Our client experience is supported by a structured training system that emphasizes functional anatomy, body mechanics, communication, appropriate intensity and professional boundaries. That shared foundation helps Stretch Center locations provide a knowledgeable, consistent and welcoming experience while still personalizing every session.

ABOUT STRETCH CENTER
Frequently Asked Questions
What does Stretch Center offer?
Stretch Center offers four core services: personalized one-on-one assisted stretching at participating locations, a self-paced online assisted stretching certificate, live in-person training for deeper hands-on practice, and a licensing program for health, fitness and wellness businesses.
Who can book an assisted stretching session?
Adults with a range of activity levels and mobility goals may book a session. Each visit is personalized, but assisted stretching is a wellness service and is not a substitute for medical care or physical therapy. If you have an injury, medical condition or concern about whether stretching is appropriate, consult a qualified healthcare professional first.
What happens during a Stretch Center session?
A Stretch Specialist discusses your goals, observes your current mobility and guides you through controlled stretches while you provide feedback. Positioning, pressure and technique are adjusted throughout the session. New clients can begin with a free 50-minute consultation and assisted stretch at participating locations.
Does Stretch Center provide professional assisted stretching education?
Yes. The online certificate provides foundational education and practical techniques, while the in-person program adds coached practice, live feedback and deeper work with assessment, anatomy and session delivery. The in-person program requires completion of the online course before attendance.
Can a business open a Stretch Center?
Yes. Eligible chiropractors, physical therapists, gyms, wellness practices and other established businesses can apply to license the Stretch Center model. The program includes education, hands-on team training, operational systems, marketing resources and ongoing support; it is a licensing model rather than a traditional franchise.
